What are Cleva Points
This is a loyalty program by Cleva to reward its customers for transacting on the Cleva platform. This is one way we say thank you!
Users accumulate points over time and can unlock achievements when they hit certain milestones.
As you grow your Points and unlock new achievements, feel free to share that with your friends on social media and online.
How to earn Cleva Points
Quite simple. All you have to do is perform a qualifying transaction on the Cleva platform. Your Points keep growing over time and never expire.
The following transactions earn you Points:
Transaction | Points earned |
USD Deposit | Every $10 received earns you 1 point |
USD to local currency account | Every $10 transferred earns you 1 point |
For example:
Receiving $200 from Upwork gives you 20 Points.
$57 from Amazon gives you 5 Points (whole number Points only).
$120.55 transferred to your Kuda bank account gives you 12 Points.

Important Notes
Transactions less than $10 do not earn Points.
Cleva to Cleva (C2C) transfer from one Cleva user to another Cleva user does not qualify for Points. Only USD deposits from external banks and platforms qualify.
Points cannot be transferred from one Cleva user to another.
Deposits that are flagged, rejected, or returned do not qualify for Points.
Points do not expire.
How to redeem Cleva Points for Cash
You can redeem your Cleva Points for cash, in USD!!
50 points = $0.5
100 points = $1
To redeem Points:
Go to your home page on the Cleva App
Click on the Points bottom menu
Click the "Redeem" button
You'll see that the minimum points to redeem is 50 points for $0.5
Enter the number of Points you want to redeem
Redeem your Points
The USD will be instantly deposited into your USD balance

Note: Restricted accounts cannot redeem points due to compliance reasons. If your account is restricted, you'll see a note on your dashboard and you can contact us for assistance.

With Cleva Points, staying connected is now even easier. You can redeem the points you’ve earned for mobile data directly in the app, fast, simple, and rewarding.
How to Redeem Your Points for Data
From your home screen, tap “Points”, select “Redeem”, then tap “Data” and choose your preferred plan.
Review the data bundles and choose the one you prefer, then tap “Continue”, confirm the amount, and tap “Continue” to proceed.
Enter your PIN to complete the transaction instantly, then tap “Go home” to view your receipt for confirmation and reference, or “Share receipt” as you prefer.
