How to create a Cleva account

Creating a Cleva account is a simple and quick process that takes no time. Here are the steps:

  1. Download the App: The Cleva app is available on both Android and iOS platforms.

  2. Launch the App: Launch the Cleva app on your device and click “Create Account”.

  3. Enter Your Details: Fill in your full name, email address, phone number, and other details requested on the page.

  4. Create a Password: Within the registration page, you’d be asked to set up a password. Choose a strong password that meets Cleva's security requirements.

  5. Referral code (Optional): If you have a referral code, enter it on the registration page in order to receive applicable benefits. Otherwise, you can skip that field.

  6. Email Verification: After completing the form on the registration page and clicking “Submit”, a verification email will be sent to the email address you just used to sign up. Follow the instructions in that email to verify your email address.

  7. Log in: After verifying your email, you can now log into your Cleva account!

Common questions during registration

Users might have some questions during the registration process. Here are some answers:

  • I don’t have a referral code: Entering a referral code during registration is optional. You can leave the field blank if you don’t have a referral code and proceed with registration.

  • I didn’t receive the verification email: Emails may sometimes end up in spam folders. Always check all email folders if you do not see the verification email immediately.
