  • Read the displayed instructions carefully for smooth and accurate transfers

  • Share your wallet address by either:

    • Scanning the QR code from the external sending platform, or

    • Copying the wallet address and sharing it via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, etc(third-party).

  • Youā€™ll receive a confirmation via push notification and email once the deposit has arrived in your Cleva wallet.

To receive payments from third parties, you can securely share your wallet address or QR code, as shown in the example below:

  • Only send stablecoins through supported blockchain networks. Unsupported transfers may result in lost funds.

  • Double-check the address and network before sending. For example, sending ERC20 tokens to a TRC20 address will lead to permanent loss.

  • Your Cleva USD wallet maintains a daily funding limit of $5,000 or more, depending on your Tier, regardless of whether the funds are received via domestic wire, ACH, or stablecoins.

  • There is no need for a separate wallet; all USDC, USDT, and Multi-chain wallet deposits go into your existing Cleva USD wallet.

  • The minimum deposits for USDC, USDT, and Multi-chain deposits are $10, and any amount less than that will be lost.
