How can I receive USD into my Cleva account?

You can fund your USD account using four options:

ACH Transfer

  • Swift and affordable.

  • Commonly used by platforms like PayPal, Upwork, and Payoneer.

  • Usually takes 1–3 business days.

Wire Transfer

  • Faster than ACH.

  • Only supported by U.S. banks.

  • Within 1- 2 business days.

FedNow

  • Faster than ACH and Wire transfer

  • Only supported by U.S. banks

  • Within seconds or minutes

Stable Coins

  • Faster than ACH and wire transfers (funds arrive instantly)

  • 1 USD = 1 USDT (value is always pegged to the U.S. dollar)

  • Supported networks:

    • USDT (TRON – TRC20)

    • USDT (Ethereum – ERC20)

    • USDC (Solana)

⚠ Please note: SWIFT Transfers (from non-U.S. banks) are not currently supported.

How do I convert from Naira to USD?

  • Launch the Cleva app

  • Tap ‘’Add Funds’’

  • Select ‘’from conversion’’

  • Enter the amount you want to convert

  • Tap “Continue” and follow the prompts to complete the process

How do I view my account details?

  • Launch your Cleva app.

  • Tap “Add Funds.”

  • Your USD account details will appear (for ACH, FedNow, or Wire Transfers).

What’s my daily deposit limit?

  • Your limit depends on the type of deposit you receive. To check your current limit:

    • Log in to the Cleva app

    • Tap “Settings”

    • Tap "Transaction Limits"
