Step 1 - SSN Verification
Tap “Click here to complete KYC.” On the next page, click “Get Started,” then enter your personal details.
Enter your First name, Middle name, and Last name, Date of Birth, Country of residence, and SSN exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID, then click Continue.
Step 2 - Address verification
After verifying your “SSN” details, click Continue.
Enter your address manually or use the search option to find it. Click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 3 - Connect your Cleva account to Stripe Link
Tap “Connect to Link”.
Enter the “Verification code” sent to your registered phone number.
Review the permissions requested by Cleva and click “Continue” to authorize the connection.
Step 4 - Verify your ID
Choose your ID type (International passport, ID card, Driver’s license, and Residence Permit).
Click “Take a picture of my ID” and take a live selfie afterwards.
Tap "Go Home," and hold on while we review your KYC and give you feedback via your registered email address. 💪
Step 5 - Successful Verification
Once your verification is completed- it takes only a few minutes, you will be taken to the home screen. Your account is now verified, and you can click ‘’add funds’’ to fund your wallet and start using the app.
