Your Cleva Classic Card is a virtual USD card that lets you make payments directly from your Cleva USD wallet. You can use it for supported online payments to merchants globally. You can also create multiple cards with different billing addresses or for different spending needs.

Billing address options
During card creation, you can choose between:
Nigerian address ā pulled from your verified KYC details.
U.S. address ā provided by Cleva.
Your billing address choice does not affect where you can use your card.
Flexible Spending Limits
You can set a per-transaction spending limit for your card.
From your home screen:

Adjust your limit as needed:
Minimum: $1
Maximum: $3,000

Keep Your Card Active
To avoid automatic card termination, ensure you maintain a sufficient wallet balance. Cards may be closed after 15 consecutive declined transactions due to insufficient funds.
A successful spend of $0.5 or more resets the decline counter after 24 hours.
To help protect your card usage and ensure a smooth experience, please note that you can only create up to 3 cards within 90 days.
