Need extra control or notice unusual activity? You can temporarily freeze your Cleva Card at any time in the app to stop new transactions and keep your funds secure.
Freeze your card:
Go to āCardsā on your home screen and tap āFreezeā. Your card will be frozen immediately.
Unfreeze your card
Go to āCardsā on your home screen, tap āUnfreezeā, then enter your security PIN or authentication code to reactivate your card.
Why was my Classic card declined?
If your payment didnāt go through, here are common reasons to check:
ā Low Balance ā Not enough funds in your USD wallet.
ā Merchant Restricted ā This merchant may not be supported.
ā Transaction Limit Reached ā Above your per-transaction limit.
ā Weekly Limit Reached ā Weekly spending cap exceeded.
ā Monthly Limit Reached ā Monthly spending cap exceeded.
ā Card Frozen ā Your card is temporarily frozen.
ā Card Cancelled ā This card is no longer active.
