In order to create a Cleva USD account, you have to go through the KYC process which is very key as it involves validation of certain IDs such as (NIN, Intl passport, Voters cards, Permanent driver’s license) date of birth etc.
Here are some of the reasons why your KYC might have failed.
The date of birth that you entered does not match the one on your BVN or the ID you uploaded.
The pictures you uploaded were blurry- which means the details on the ID were not visible enough to read and your face was not clear.
You did not follow the upload instructions, taking a picture of you holding your ID to your face. The essence of this is to match your face to the picture on your ID.

Here are some tips on how to get your KYC approved.
Ensure that the date of birth on your ID matches the one on your BVN.
When you upload your ID, ensure that all the details are very clear.
Ensure that there is very good lighting when taking your selfies and pictures of the ID.
Clean the lens of your camera as well. This would prevent blurriness.
