How do I start?
Download the Cleva app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
What's next after downloading?
Open the app, tap "Create Account", and enter your full name, email, and phone number.
How do I set my password?
Create a strong password with:
8–12 characters
Both uppercase and lowercase letters
At least one number
At least one special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)
Do I need a referral code?
It’s optional. If you have one, enter it to unlock any benefits. Otherwise, you can skip this step.
How do I verify my email?
After submitting your details, check your inbox (including Spam/Promotions) for a verification link. Click it to verify your account.
What happens after email verification?
Set up your 4-digit security PIN and log in. You’ll then land on your Cleva dashboard.
Is my account fully ready now?
Not yet! Complete the following:
Provide personal information
Upload a valid ID
Take a selfie in a well-lit space.
Cleva will verify your account within 1–2 days.
