How to download your Proof of Account on Cleva
One useful feature on Cleva is the ability to request a verified proof of account. Here’s how to download your proof of account:
Log into your Cleva account.
Navigate to 'More': Tap on the More button on the home page (represented by three dots) to access various options.
Select 'Proof of Account': Click on the Proof of Account option to proceed.
Request Proof of Account: Cleva will automatically generate and email you a document that serves as your verified proof of account.
Check Your Email: Cleva will send the proof of account PDF directly to the email associated with your profile. You’ll also receive a confirmation message in the app.
